  • Self Check-in/Check-out is available via smart locks; door codes will be provided.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times may have some flexibility depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Property Access

  • This listing is for the main floor and lower level of the home. The top level with an additional five bedrooms and two bathrooms will be locked off and unoccupied. You may book the whole house through our other listing.
  • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
  • For your safety and ours, a camera is installed on the house pointed at the driveway. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.

  • No smoking allowed. The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house.
  • Minimum rental age is 25 years.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
  • Minut smart home technology is installed to monitor noise levels; it is required on this property. It is privacy compliant.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
